Collins stewart basketball club was formed in 2003 by Patrick Ogier and Jamie Roussel. In their first season in Division 1, they won the League Championship and the Upton trophy while being runners-up in the Division 1 Knockout.

They continued their success over the following two seasons doing the "treble" in 2004 and once again retaining the Division 1 trophy in 2005.During the 2004/2005 season, Collins Stewart agreed to sponsor a 2nd team and women's team to play under the titles of Collins Stewart 2 and 3 respectively.

The newly formed teams also found imediate success with the 2nd team being runners up in Division 2, whilst winning the Division 2 plate and the Women's team finishing top of Division 3.

There are now currently 5 teams registered under the title of Collins Stewart, playing in 4 seperate divisions, with the CS Womens team being the current C.I champions.
